Radiology Associates of Ocala is looking for full-time Scheduler for a busy imaging call center.

As a Scheduler you will be responsible for scheduling multiple imaging exams for referring physicians and patients in a professional and friendly manner. Gather and input insurance data and patient demographics. Provide quality customer service while creating the best first impression for our patients.

Additionally, you will:

• Answer a multi-line phone system in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments for multiple radiology clinical sites, assuring the diagnosis is appropriate for the exam ordered.
• Obtain and enter accurate demographic and insurance information into our RIS system.

What you will need to be successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year minimum preferably in a medical office setting
• Knowledge of radiologic procedures desirable
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
• Good computer and customer service skills a must
