Customer Service Representative

Foster Blue Water Oil, LLC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Pewamo Bulk Plant Office.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionalism with handling customer calls for enrollments, cancellations, resolutions for issues, and complaints.
• Processing customer orders.
• Posting daily work in the computer system.
• Reconciling daily deposits.
• Assist with dispatching customer orders to drivers.
• Greet visitors (customers, USPS, FedEx, UPS).
• If needed, other duties as assigned by the Director or Office Manager.

Position Qualifications:

• Two years of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Moderate data entry and computer skills required.
• Effective communication skills, friendly, organized, and professional.
