We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team!

The Project Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Program Manager as follows:

  • Assists in overseeing and directing team meetings and schedules (production release, program & installation meetings).
  • maintains document control of released drawings and creates drawing release binders as needed.
  • Closely collaborates with Program Manager to ensure production readiness, identification, and resolution of key risk mitigation factors through drawing review, accurate fabrication per approved drawings while understanding internal and external scheduling demands.
  • Effectively communicates verbally and in writing with contractors, engineers, designers, and the production department regarding project costs and scheduling, prepares project status reports to ensure project specifications including Critical Path Schedule (CPS) dates are met.
  • Responsible for BOM entry into ERP, purchase orders for supplies and services at the appropriate quality and best price within the acceptable project time frame.
  • Coordinates with other departments to assist in producing accurate, comprehensive project estimate and bids, and estimates quantities of material are purchased within budget limitations.
  • Utilizes sounds judgement to ensure project meets scheduled plan and accomplishes project goals.
  • Creates and executes packaging and shipping plan to include pack layout, crate list & correct disposition of returned installation materials.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a project coordinator in a manufacturing environment or a similar role
  • Experience supporting customer-facing activities.
  • Experience with Microsoft office, prior ERP utilization a plus!
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team oriented self-starter with excellent technical and problem solving skills.
