We are Hiring an HVAC Service Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant!
Looking for someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position is the initial contact with our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Position: HVAC Service Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed
What you will be doing:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Schedule and dispatching technicians for service & maintenance calls
- Maintain the service technicians' daily schedules
- Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in
- Maintain customer maintenance agreement database & reports with current information
- Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
- Perform general office tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
- 2 + years related experience working in an office, customer service, schedule coordinating or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- Professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong experience in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
- Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
- Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and field technicians
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check & drug screen
