HVAC Service Technician Apprentice

The Frazier Company is a 94-year-old family owned and operated heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing company that has an immediate opening for a new hvac service technician apprentice. This position would be for an individual looking to start a career in the fast-paced growing industry of heating and air-conditioning but currently does not have any prior hvac experience. This role would allow you to get some guided hands-on field training while working alongside numerous other skilled journeyman hvac service technicians. If you have great mechanical aptitude and would love the flexibility of not being tied to an office building or small confined work space all day long then this position would be a perfect fit for you.

- This individual must have a general understanding of basic hand and power tools and be capable of using many different types of tools specifically for their intended purpose.

- Must have a high degree of mechanical aptitude and be willing to learn new principles and concepts quickly and retain them.

- Must be capable of working both independently or alongside fellow co-workers depending on the scope of the project.

- Must have a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences.

-Must be willing to attend formal training/schooling outside of normal work hours paid for by The Frazier Company.

- Must be a hands-on type of individual that will eventually be capable of troubleshooting/diagnosing mechanical systems that are in need of repair.

- Must have long term goals of becoming a certified journeyman service technician in the HVAC industry.
