HVAC Installation Technician & Installer

Colonial Plumbing Heating Air is ready to hire a full-time HVAC Installation Technician & Installer to work in and around Colonial Heights, VA installing quality HVAC systems, ductwork, and fittings. And, you will keep each job clean, safe, as well as your work truck well-stocked. At the completion of every job, you will collect payment and complete the proper paperwork.

As an HVAC Installation Technician & Installer, you'll be paid an experience-based $24 - $32/hr, plus spiffs and bonuses with an annual earning of $40k - $60k. Our employees enjoy coming to work, feel valued for their contributions to the team, and enjoy working together to ensure the best customer experience possible. You'll typically work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and some overtime, weekends, and stand by on-call hours for emergency installations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience OR an equivalent education
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certified (NATE certification is a plus!)
• Able to follow controls and wiring schematics as well as braze, solder, and weld
• Can work on-call over weekends and after hours (as required)
• A valid social security card and driver's license
• Clean driving record
• The physical capability of climbing ladders, lifting and/or moving up to 75 lbs, and working in tight spaces and varying temperatures
