To succeed as a Leasing Consultant at Bowman Pointe, you should have at least 1 year of leasing experience, although we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to handle basic office tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting residents and applicants, providing tours of our community, and assisting with leasing activities. You will also help with marketing and leasing plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations. Additionally, you will handle basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones.
