Urgent need for an overnight HCA

We have an urgent need for an overnight caregiver to assist with a female client that needs care 11p-7a. She is 85 years old and a 24/7 client. Stroke recovered. Personal care case. She is Bedbound. Needs help with incontinence care, bed bath/dressing, ambulation, reposition every 2 hours. Has a feeding tube that her husband monitors for feedings and medications. Light housekeeping. Lives in Santa Clara, by Monroe street. Seeking a female caregiver to help that is ok with cats.

HCA Description:

Help clients with Medication reminders.
Assist clients with errands and to doctors appointments
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
Help clients with ROM and physical therapy exercise.
Help client with transfers, stand by assistance and safety supervision.
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
