CL A Dedicated Southeast Regional Home Wkly-Out 2-3 Nights-Mostly Day Running

Class A drivers with six months verifiable Class A driving experience with average first year pay of $85-$87K. Drivers are home 1-2 nights per week plus reset.

· Stating pay of .60CPM on 1990-2000 miles per week

· Drivers pick up freight in ATL with deliveries in GA, AL, NC, FL, SC, TN, and MS.

o Drivers are paid $20/Tailgate Stop with an average 2-3 loads per week with an average of 5 stops per load – on average 20 per week

o Driver paid an additional $65 short haul pay for all trips under 150 miles

o Driver will pick up steel office furniture in ATL with driver possibly assisting customer service at customer. This happens less than 40%

o Driver is responsible for piece count upon delivery and returning dunnage to customer (securement items and plywood)

o $100 performance bonus awarded weekly- driver must complete all loads and have zero service failures, incidents, accidents, complaints or call outs. This contributes to the yearly W2 and Avg. Weekly Gross Pay.

· Drivers will have assigned auto day cabs or sleepers. If trucks are day cabs we will pay for hotel room but driver MUST sleep in triuck if sleeper

· Will accept auto restriction

· Driver is paid a guaranteed minimum of $1550 for first six weeks

· Full benefits start after 30 days including 401K, PTO, Medical, Dental etc

Driver shift time generally starts at 07.00 and runs 11-14 hours per day. Will run 5.5 days per week with a minimum of 34 hour reset along with getting through the house 1-2 nights per week for 10 hour

TRUCK IS PARKED AT FACILITY SO DRIVER MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AND FROM FACILITY

DRIVER MAY NOT HAVE FAILED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST EVER AND PLEASE NOTE WE PERFORM HAIR AND URINE TEST

DRIVER MUST HAVE 6 MONTHS VERIFIABLE EXPERIENCE BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DRIVER MAY COUNT HIS TIME WITH TRAINER TOWARDS 6 MONTHS

DRIVER MUST LIVE WITHIN

Must meet one of following.

· 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 36 months OR

· 12 months verifiable Class A experience in the last five years

NOTE EXPERIENCE WITH TRAINER WILL COUNT IF DRIVER WAS DRIVING AS A TEAM DURING TRAINING PERIOD.

Requirements:

- No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

- No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

- Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years

No job hoppers (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years) and can never have failed a DOT Drug or Alcohol test
