Are you a passionate salon educator?
We are looking for an accountable and energetic salon educator at our hair shop (salon/barbershop) As
an Educator you will instruct, lead, mentor, and motivate others to achieve success in their careers and in
other areas . The salon educator will either maintain/modify the current curriculum or help create and
implement a new curriculum. We are seeking educators who are accountable, passionate, and
professional to join our team.

● Cut men and women’s hair...really well
● Color men and women’s hair...really well
● Learn what you don’t know...really, really well
● Conduct stylist new-hire training in a timely manner, ensuring all certification criteria and
onboarding is met prior to releasing trainees to the floor
● Shop Educator will work on the books for at least 80% of the time
You have...
● Experience as a stylist in a licensed salon required
● Experience teaching or training experience preferred

● Top notch technical skills working as a licensed hair stylist or barber
● Active Cosmetology or Educator license per state requirement
● Proven ability to work with a diverse range of people
● A good understanding of color systems
● Exude customer service and positivity
● The desire to work with others that demonstrate personal integrity
