Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher

We are looking for a top-notch Customer Service Representative to help our customers schedule appointments for HVAC services. The CSR serves as a guide and is the primary person taking all incoming inquiries and requests for service and is responsible for converting incoming calls to booked appointments. This job is one of the most important jobs in our company and is essential to the services we provide.

We are offering a full-time position and top pay up to $21.00 per hour with great benefits to join our professional team. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Apply today and join our company for a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Schedule Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate the service schedule based on client requirements, service type, and job locations. Regularly update and adjust the schedule to accommodate client requests, emergencies, and changes in staffing.

2. Dispatcher Duties: Coordinate with field technicians, to ensure timely arrival and delivery of services to meet client expectations, and any special requirements. Serve as a point of contact between clients and field technicians, addressing any issues, concerns, or schedule changes promptly and professionally.

3. Communication: Maintain clear and open communication lines with clients and field technicians to ensure smooth and effective service delivery. Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their appointments and any relevant information.

4. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or service delivery issues. Collaborate with team members to find practical solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our customer resource management software.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • 5 years of experience working in a Call Center and Customer Service
  • Proficient using a computer with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Data entry experience and proficient in the use of scheduling and dispatching software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current valid NC Drivers License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • HVAC experience not required but preferred
  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check

Salary Range
  • Pay range of $16 up to $21 per hour based upon experience
