Educational/Software Requirements:

• Doctorate degree OR Masters degree and 3 years of experience
• OR Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience
• OR Associates degree and 10 years of experience
• OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Quality Systems
• Creating SOPs or Work Instructions (WI)
• Ability to work independently

Job Description:

Develop, write, edit, and format materials such as Standard Operating Procedures, Business Practices, forms, checklists, guides, and related technical and business process documentation. Ensure adherence to format, content, and style guidelines, focusing on usability, accuracy, consistency, and quality. Administer document processing via established Document Processing Review process. Communication through various media (e.g., CD , intranet , online training , etc.).

Skills:

• MS Office expertise
• Previous technical writing experience
• Regulated environment experience
• Document version control experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills
