Operations Specialist

Salary: $40,000 to $45,000

What You Would Do

As our Operations Specialist, you will:

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
• Handle payroll processing accurately and punctually.
• Manage office operations, including supply management and meeting coordination.
• Support the sales team by conducting basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with the screening and hiring of new team members.
  

You'll thrive in this role if you're adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks, interested in contributing to market research efforts, and ready to adapt and contribute to our clients' success.

Required Experience

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Solid experience in office administration, open to learning about market research.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to embrace challenges with enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation

• Highly flexible schedule to complement your life (Eligible for 28-40 hours per week)
• $40,000-45,000 annually
