Director, Women's Services - OB, Nursery, and Labor and Delivery - Full Time - Days - Full-time / Part-time

Position Summary: 

The Director, Women's Services will provide leadership for patient care. They will plan and direct daily operations of Obstetrics/PP, Nursery, Labor and Delivery, and OB ED to coordinate corporate, hospital and unit goals. They will manage two or more departments. Other duties may include, but are not limited to: 

• Performs all duties and responsibilities in an ethical and responsible manner
• Leads the department in providing a vision for its direction and embraces the change process to achieve the vision
• Effectively makes decisions to achieve desired outcomes
• Coaches and facilitates the growth and development of employees within the department 
• Manages daily operations to achieve goals for the department 
• Strives for continuous improvement by focusing on key department systems

• BSN required 
• Three to five (3-5) years' experience in patient care area
• Current RN license in the State of Ohio
• Must be able to understand directions, communicate and respond to inquiries 
• Effective interpersonal skills
• May require extended hours and/or weekends to meet commitments and deadlines
