Position Summary:

Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.

Reports to: Officer

FLSA:  Exempt  
  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monitors patient and family satisfaction. Responds to questions and complaints from patients, family members, and payors regarding care.
  
Performs upgrades and system enhancements, including activities with hardware/ software vendors, satisfaction program, and operations program.
  
Assists with provider tracking, entry into data sheets, and merging of duplicate patient records.
  
Assists with project plans and managing project teams. Researches and makes recommendations on projects as needed.
  
Trains staff and users on computer systems and programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Associate's degree (Preferred)
*Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
  
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
  
Minimum Work Experience
2 years computer experience
