Project Coordinator (TEMPORARY)

You will play a vital role in ensuring efficient communication and management of carrier accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate smooth operations by gathering comprehensive inventory information from various carriers. This critical role involves meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carrier Communication: Initiate and maintain regular communication with carriers to collect accurate inventory information pertaining to the assigned accounts.

2. Data Collection: Gather essential data including service addresses, contact phone numbers, internet speeds, circuit types, circuit IDs, and expiration dates associated with the carrier accounts.

3. Verification and Documentation: Verify the accuracy of collected data and meticulously document it for future reference and analysis. Ensure all information is up-to-date and organized efficiently.

4. Problem Resolution: Address any discrepancies or issues related to inventory data promptly and effectively. Collaborate with carriers to resolve any inconsistencies or challenges encountered during the data collection process.

5. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key findings and recommendations for optimizing inventory management processes.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of inventory information with organizational objectives.
