As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Vinyl Install Lead to join our team and take the lead on large-scale vinyl wrap projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

   • Lead and manage the installation team on-site for large-scale vinyl wrap projects.
   • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
   • Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize the execution of vinyl wrap installations.

2. Technical Expertise:

   • Demonstrate advanced skills in vinyl installation techniques, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installations.
   • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and techniques related to vinyl wrapping.

3. Team Management:

   • Train and mentor junior installers, fostering a collaborative and skilled team.
   • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow and successful project completion.
   • Provide constructive feedback and mentor team members.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Conduct thorough quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet the company's high standards.
   • Implement and enforce best practices for vinyl installation to consistently deliver exceptional results.

5. Client Communication:

   • Interact with clients during installations, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
   • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vinyl installation, with a focus on leading large-scale projects.
• Must provide portfolio / pictures of previous installs.
• Proficient in using various vinyl materials and tools for wrapping surfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
