Hours - 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Professionally greets, registers, and assists clients. Schedules appointments for clients receiving mental health and substance abuse services. Responsible for answering all phone calls, providing accurate information to customers and transferring calls to appropriate individuals or departments in a professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Registers patients and verifies and updates necessary patient demographics and payor information in the electronic medical record.
  • Schedules and coordinates patient appointments.
  • Provides a high level of customer service to patients and coworkers by greeting patients and visitors in a courteous manner, and directs individuals to appropriate staff members.
  • Provides, as needed staffing coverage to other North Central Health Care areas.
  • Communicates to various customers, internal and external, through multiple channels, including electronic, telephonic and in person.
  • Ensures effective compliance with front end revenue cycle processes.
  • Adheres to scheduled work hours with regular and predictable attendance.

Other Responsibilities:
