JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Coordinator - Youth Services provides leadership for Youth Services programs, identifying business and community partnerships, developing/ implementing/ managing program services.

The Coordinator - Youth Services will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervising Youth Services staff.
• Calling on businesses to form partnerships which result in work experience sites.
• Providing on-going needs assessment of vocational and educational services for youth.
• Making referrals to other agencies as needed.
• Maintaining accuracy of youth files.
• Conducting job readiness workshops.
• Creating, developing and facilitating Job Readiness Training curriculum.

REQUIRES VALID CLASS C NORTH CAROLINA DRIVER LICENSE. (Will transport participants occasionally in vehicle)

EDUCATION: Prefer Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field.

EXPERIENCE: Supervisory experience preferred. Human service experience with a similar program population as a case manager or similar preferred. Training/Coaching or Instructional experience helpful. Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook skills required.

PAY: $20.00
