Essential Functions: Provide professional Valet service while cashiering, receiving, parking, and returning guests’ vehicles in a safe, timely, and friendly manner while following safe driving practices and obeying traffic laws and garage policies. Greet all guests and answer questions about our valet service and the surrounding Seattle area. Process all point of sale transactions accurately. Provide accurate and concise directions and information about Seattle Center Campus, the Space Needle, and other Seattle area destinations.


Experience & Skills Required: Must have excellent guest service and communication skills. Must be able to prioritize and solve problems independently under challenging conditions. Job requires no more than one driving infraction in the past three years, ability to drive a manual transmission, and have a valid Washington State Driver’s License. Multitasking abilities is a must. Able to communicate effectively using the English language.


Other Ideal Qualifications: Strong guest service background with a proven track record to provide professional, world class guest service in busy conditions. Previous Valet experience helpful but not required.


Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and run (including stairs) for the entire length of a shift. Ability to meet all physical demands in extreme heat, cold, and wet weather conditions repeatedly. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.


Typical shift is approximately 8 hours.

Full Time, Union Represented, Hourly Position

Hourly Rate: $18.25 - $18.25 / hour ( + tips)
