SaddleBrooke Two is looking for Server Assistants for our premier restaurant, The Preserve. They are responsible for cleaning tables as customers leave the dining area, transporting dining supplies to the kitchen area for cleaning, as well as, preparing tables by cleaning and setting up for the next service. The Server Assistant is also responsible for assisting servers with greeting tables, providing water and chips, refilling water/soft drinks, and assisting the dining room manager/supervisor with other miscellaneous duties such as light cleaning of the dining area to including sweeping, dusting, preparation of dining materials, as necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.
As a team member, you will help foster our unique and treasured southwest active lifestyle community. You are guest-focused, a courteous team member, and a dependable and trustworthy professional. Team members contribute their talents and passion to provide exceptional services throughout the community.
Requirements:- At least one (1) year of restaurant experience preferred
- Food Handler’s Card required.
- Demonstrated speed and efficiency in performing assigned tasks.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Physical ability and stamina to carry trays weighing up to 35 lbs. and stand for long hours.
