Job Title: Welder/Installer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder/Installer to join our team. As a Welder/Installer, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and installing various metal components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and be capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:
Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, and stick welding) to join metal components
Fabricate metal structures, frames, and supports using appropriate tools and equipment
Measure, cut, and shape metal components to fit specific requirements
Inspect welds for accuracy and quality, making necessary adjustments as needed
Install fabricated components according to project plans and specifications
Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings and blueprints
Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment (grinders, saws, shears, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in welding and installation processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and operate machinery safely
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to welding and installation
Leather Boots or Steel Toe
Drug Screen

Preferred Qualifications:
Welding certification(s) from recognized institutions
Experience working in a construction or manufacturing environment
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME)
Previous experience with installation projects
