RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of the cost of labor and parts
• Establish follow-up 
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Experience as an Assistant Lane Manager or Service industry experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and personality
• Above-average energy level
• Personal and professional integrity
