Finance Manager - Virtual/Remote

As the Finance Associate, you will function as a key strategic leader within Envision Horizons. You will be in charge of the firm’s financial health to ensure all operations and divisions are running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on all financial aspects of the organization including developing and driving financial forecasts and analyzing the organization’s revenue and costs
• Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis of financial statements to management team
• Identify operational risk factors that may impact performance of the organization and present key business insights and recommendations
• Manage account payables and receivables activities
• Develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency
• Monitor and manage expenses within the established budget
• Overseeing inventory management and profitability

Qualifications:

• 1-2 year(s) experience in financial management
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting or other related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:120-130k
