Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The Sponsor Deduplication Quality Assurance Specialist serves as one of the data representatives for Pecos Children's Center Pecos, TX. The Sponsor Deduplication Quality Assurance Specialist collects and analyzes data to provide leadership with valuable information on progress and trends. The main duties include identifying, gathering, analyzing data, and making insights accessible to the leadership team.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhance operational efficiency and minimize redundant data input across the federal UC Portal through proficient data management practices.
  • Structure and systematize data into easily digestible formats to facilitate understanding and accessibility.
  • Conduct thorough statistical analyses to extract insights and trends from data sets.
  • Apply specialized tools and methodologies to create clear and informative data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to support decision-making processes.
  • Create reporting systems in accordance with contractual obligations and regulatory compliance measures of program contracts and/or grants.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to the Data leadership team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Oversee and maintain data integrity by proactively identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or anomalies in the data.
  • Producing data reports for the Leadership team to track the project's ongoing progress.
  • Upholding confidentiality in all phases of data handling, whether gathering, documenting, consulting, or consolidating information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Associate degree in accounting, public health, non-profit management, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in quality assurance or data analysis roles. 3+ years' experience developing outcomes metrics in human service programs. Minimum of one year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance or compliance. A minimum of 3 years of progressive data experience that demonstrates proficiency in daily functions.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates. Sponsor Deduplication Quality Assurance Specialist must be 21 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

This is a remote position; however, personnel must be available and willing to travel to various locations including Pecos Children's Center with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.

EXCEPTIONS TO THESE CRITERIA MUST BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT HEAD.
