Staff Accountant

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Record revenue entries on a monthly a basis.
• Record daily cash entries and prepare relevant account reconciliations.
• Prepare cash account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the Technical Accounting Manager to drive insights into critical revenue trends and identify transactions that may merit further analysis under ASC 606.
• Support the technical accounting manage in monthly control procedures including trending and review of monthly revenue analysis in regard to the subsidiary financial statements.
• Assist with other accounting close responsibilities on an ad hoc basis.
• Assist in cash reporting required by the company's debt agreements.
• Assist in certain network inventory accounting functions.
• Support external auditors' work on annual audits.
• Assist in operating and documenting key internal controls.
• All other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree Accounting
• 2 years of experience
• Strong Knowledge of GAAP
• Demonstrated intermediate experience with Excel and Microsoft Office products
• CPA designation preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel
