Job Description

The Authentication and Identity Products organization develops and manages global products and solutions including Visa Secure, Digital Authentication Framework (DAF), and Intelligent Data Exchange (IDX). The Product Manager will be a member of our Product Operations group, which is responsible for helping define performance rules, enforcement programs and operational processes while leading our partnership with client-facing teams to enable successful product and feature launches globally. In addition, the Product Manager will be responsible for utilizing their industry, market, and product expertise to proactively educate the Visa organization on our product roadmap. The position reports into the Head of Product Operations for Authentication and Identity Products.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and synthesize data into content that can be used to define approaches and strategy around program rules, product performance programs, and launch activities for product features and MVPs.
  • Work with regional teams and clients to gather feedback and improve cross-functional communication and execution.
  • Develop expertise in EMV 3DS our related Visa Secure capabilities to guide and train our partners and clients.
  • Create collateral to support the strategies defined by the group, including PPT decks, training guides, video walk-throughs, etc.
  • Help to develop an overarching Program Operations strategy and plan including:
    • Program rules to drive consistency and product success
    • Performance programs and enforcement mechanisms
    • Internal partnerships to facilitate client feedback and action
    • Repeatable execution processes for large initiatives - feature launches, MVPs, product sunset

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
* 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
* 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
* Product development / deployment, management consulting, or banking experience (3-5 years)
* Strategic thinker with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with or interest in EMV 3DS and/or product operations
* Strong communication skills and ability to speak to all levels of the organization
* Solid execution and delivery skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 119,100 to 191,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
