Administrative Support

Description:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm, 1 hour lunch. Can be flexible with schedule

Job Responsibilities:

- sorting mail, removing staples, paper clips and tape

- sitting at the front desk and answering phones on occasion

- opening mail, sorting it and putting it in the right bins

- light data entry of documents using various systems

- send information to the team that's working remote as needed

- help to lift bins and put in the appropriate areas

- file documents in their appropriate place

- help out others as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVE:

- data entry, clerical, mailroom, admin (1 to 2+ years)

- ability to use and operate a computer

- comfortable working in an office

- comfortable with repetitive work functions

- ability to type at least 35 WPM

- good verbal and written communication skills

- ability to multi-task

NICE TO HAVE:

- IMR or IMV software system experience

- knowledge and usage of excel

- insurance
