Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) seeking an enriching opportunity in Baton Rouge, Louisiana? We are actively seeking a dedicated RN for an engaging 13-week contract in home health. If you have a minimum of one year of recent home health experience, proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB), strong clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive home care treatment plans.
- Document and track patient conditions and progress using OASIS and HCHB systems.
- Administer medication and provide basic wound care as necessary.
- Utilize OASIS and HCHB proficiency for accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Active RN licensure in Louisiana.
- At least one year of recent home health experience.
- Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience managing a home-to-home workload is advantageous.
