Job Description:
- Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential
- Maintain accurate data & notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
- Conduct a high volume of "selling" or persuading activity aligned with the plan
- Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems
- Conduct post-close administrative processes
- Communicate professionally with external parties
- Evaluate the quality of a lead/prospect according to standards
- Qualify leads/prospects according to standards
- Inspire confidence in prospects and leads
Job Requirements:
- Ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus and team orientation
- Proficiency with applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and social media
- Must be a critical thinker and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written)
- Strong time management in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with others respectfully and follow the company culture values
