Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join the team to lead user experience and reporting for our advertising platform. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing features, and driving the execution of our roadmap. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our advertisers, publishers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
* Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our ad technology platform.
* Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
* Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and strategic initiatives.

Feature Definition and Requirements:
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define detailed specifications for new product features and enhancements.
* Write user stories, create wireframes, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of features.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for your product initiatives and projects.

Go to Market:
* Drive the successful launch of new product features and enhancements, including developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating cross-functional launch activities.
* Monitor product adoption and performance metrics, gather feedback from customers, and iterate on product features to drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Product Performance and Optimization:
* Analyze product performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize product performance and user experience.
* Work closely with data analytics teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product changes.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ad technology, digital advertising, or related fields.
* Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex ad tech products or platforms.
* Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure the impact of product changes.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
* Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad serving, programmatic advertising, targeting technologies, and industry standards.

Compensation offered for this role is$125,500.00-$199,750.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
