We are currently seeking a Client Delivery Executive - Hybrid in Memphis, TN to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee (US-TN), United States (US).

Our clients rely on NTT DATA to provide ongoing and project-based IT services that range from infrastructure and application management to business transformation and product development. The Client Delivery Executive II works directly with client stakeholders and NTT DATA delivery teams to ensure services meet the client's business objectives and meet or exceed scope, quality, and financial targets.

This is a hybrid position in the Memphis, Tennessee location. This CDE must be willing to work onsite at the client's office most days of the week. If you are not local to the area, relocation will be requested of you, with NTT DATA supporting some relocation assistance.

General Duties of the Client Delivery Executive II:

  • Operate as the point of contact for the client relating to any services under contract scope
  • Liaise between the client and internal delivery teams
  • Ensure projects and services meet or exceed operational and financial targets
  • Manage governance, statements of work, and contract change control
  • Track and manage escalations. Together with the Client Executive and other account team members maintain collaborative relationships with client stakeholders
  • Drive and direct continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for addressing new or changing client needs
  • Evaluate and drive third-party vendor performance
  • Prepare and present account status, performance metrics, and roadmaps to client and NTT DATA executive leadership
  • Undertake any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required from time to time

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in service delivery management
  • 6+ years of experience in client management including:
  • Ability to lead and influence across large, cross-functional, and global teams
  • Experience in project and program management
  • ITIL processes and principals
  • Advanced experience with project and program financial management, budgeting, cost management
  • Experience defining and negotiating contract terms
  • Presentations to senior leadership
