    1. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., FDA, NIST, ISO) and compliance requirements.

Description

General Support Onsite -should also inc OSS BAU activities as covered in the original SOW

* Primary onsite IT contact to help escalate IT issues impacting users and/or site.

* Assist with project related activities.

* Ticket creation and management

* Local IT vendor management

Users and endpoint support

* Vendor account creation & configuration

* Vendor remote access management

* OT endpoint configuration and support

Essential Skills:
