Job Description:

Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify process bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency and quality improvement.

*Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing process metrics, and identifying areas for optimization and innovation.

*Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end process automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

*Utilize advanced AI and machine learning techniques to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency within the insurance domain.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze business processes, and develop strategies for process improvement.

*Provide expert consultation and guidance to stakeholders on RPA and AI/ML best practices, including feasibility assessments, ROI analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.

*Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business requirements specifications.

*Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on RPA, AI/ML, Lean, Six Sigma concepts, tools, and methodologies.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in RPA, AI, insurance, Lean, and Six Sigma to continuously enhance process automation capabilities.

*Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of automated processes and drive organizational transformation.
