Description
Meltwater is seeking a talented Data Scientist who thrives on uncovering patterns within time series data to join our innovative team. We're looking for a dynamic team player who is passionate about leading the way in utilizing time series analysis, prescriptive analytics, and LLM for our groundbreaking projects.
What Youll Do
Gather requirements to understand project objectives.
Build scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing.
Conduct data analysis and train models on large-scale datasets.
Develop cloud-native APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to serve models.
Collaborate with software engineers to set up DevOps, logging, and monitoring systems.
Receive feedback from sales and clients for continuous improvement.
Perform ad-hoc updates and troubleshooting as needed to maintain smooth operations.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in a relevant field AND 5 years of data science experience focusing on time series analysis and predictive analytics OR Masters degree in a relevant field AND 2 years of data science experience with a focus on time series analysis and predictive analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python, including proficiency with common data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and scipy.
Demonstrated expertise in time series analysis techniques.
Proven experience in Predictive Analytics.
Familiarity with LLMs (specific meaning not provided).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and API frameworks, including but not limited to flask, fastAPI, and gunicorn.
Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, along with experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
