Sales Support Representative

A sales support representative provides customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They help with sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, investigate shipping issues and manage customer accounts.

Highlights of your role

• Knowledgeable in processing of "on behalf of" orders, quotes
• Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing.
• Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders.
• Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customer through manufacturing to shipping
• Ability to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer.

You're a good fit if you have:

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin and Integrity products and services.
• Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable work ethic
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Is a dependable team-player.
• Two-year degree or 3 years of work experience.
• Good computer skills
• Good math skills
• Knowledgeable of the building industry
• Knowledgeable of Marvin systems: ICIM, Salesforce, OMS, Siebel, On-line Docs, Print Book Viewer and Microsoft Office Programs

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

or

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
