The RoleAs a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with product management and engineering to develop a strong point of view on our users, their challenges, and the product features we need to deliver to meet their needs. You will challenge and push our software experiences further - continuously identifying opportunities for making complex engineering tasks intuitive and easy to use. You'll join a team of design-thinking UX professionals revolutionizing industrial engineering software.Your Impact

• Lead end-to-end projects with attention to detail within constrained timelines.

• Develop elegant solutions to complex design problems.

• Develop deep product knowledge and empathy to our users.

• Collaborate with development and product management to produce data-driven designs.

• Create user journeys, page flows, prototypes, and help implement your designs to pixel perfection.

• Test, learn, and iterate on everything you do alongside product peers.

• Execute research on new design paradigms and leverage industry standards.

• Contribute and evangelize our Design System to compose accessible and consistent experiences.
