Warehouse Associate

This warehouse associate is responsible for receiving and unloading product from our factory, standard warehouse operations, loading installer vehicles, and supporting some building and grounds work. This position will operate as part of a hard-working team that focuses on quality, safety, and on-time delivery to ensure an elite level of customer satisfaction!

Highlights of your role

• Load and unload product from factory trucks, ensuring product is loaded securely and safely; organize stock in warehouse.
• Inspect product for damages and report as needed; perform minor repairs.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, warehouse, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; trash and recycling maintenance.
• Assist inside office colleagues with special tasks as needed.
• Complete inventory/cycle-counting activities.
• Assist with pulling parts for service techs when needed.
• Receive supply shipments from vendors.
• Act as a Field Service Associate when Service department is shorthanded or as business needs permit.
• Deliver small parts to dealers and job sites when needed.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to perform a variety of physical activities (e.g., pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, grabbing, carrying, walking, standing) to receive, store, and ship materials, and/or supplies. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to practice personal safety and vigilance in the identification of safety or security hazards to actively support a safe and hazard free working environment.
• Ability to be objective and flexible in adapting to changes in priorities, work assignments, and other interactions.
• High level of professionalism and dependability, with emphasis on quality of work.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team spirit.
