Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Technicians

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a rapidly growing electrical manufacturer who is looking for Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Technicians to join their team. These are contract-hire position working 2nd shift hours. The position will require employees train on 1st shift for a few months before transitioning to 2nd shift. Responsibilities: Assembly Technicians will assemble electrical and mechanical components on equipment Technician will cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires from component to component Technician will read and interpret parts instructions, blueprints, and work orders to assemble parts, tools, and components Technician will install components, units, subassemblies and wiring Technician will test, adjust, and repair electrical equipment Technician will build electric motors, computers, electronic control devices, hardware stacks, etc. Requirements: Candidates must have 3 + years electrical or mechanical assembly background Candidates must have strong attention to details and be able to follow blueprints and schematics Candidates must be proficient using hand and power tools to build mechanical components and to preparing wiring Candidates must be proficient verifying dimensions Candidates must have experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
