Material Handler

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Mebane area recruit Material Handlers to join their team. Rotating day (6:30am-7pm) and night (6:30pm-7am) shifts available. Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise Perform order picking and shipping/receiving duties as assigned Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts and other equipment Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA standards Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary paperwork Requirements: Must have 2 years warehouse background Proficiency in operating sit-down forklifts. Stand-up forklift a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required Basic math skills for counting inventory and completing paperwork accurately Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully Excellent organizational and time management skills Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen High school diploma/GED equivalent
