TCI has an immediate need for a Desktop Support Lead in Mount Washington, KY. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.
SUMMARY
The Desktop Support Lead will be responsible for being the primary daily ticket queue monitor to ensure that unassigned tickets received are being processed in a timely manner. The Desktop Lead will also provide troubleshooting guidance and assistance to other Desktop Support technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and review all assigned tickets.
Ensure all critical incidents, problematic incidents, and time-sensitive incidents are resolved or escalated as needed.
Ensure other technicians are adhering to standard operating procedures and are following proper escalation routes.
REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of experience in a Desktop Support position.
Experience troubleshooting both Windows and MAC issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
