Job Title: Payment Operations Fulfillment Associate I Job Location - Virginia/Works from Home Position Description: This role requires a basic understanding of knowledge of all Treasury Management products and Debit Card solutions inclusive of ACH, Wire Transfer, Positive Pay, Account Analysis and the related billing, the various sweeps services, Remote Deposit Capture, Commercial Cash Vault, Lockbox and Debit Card Fulfillment. The Payment Operations Associate I should have a general knowledge of the business online banking platform, remote deposit capture platform, commercial cash vault platform, the bank’s core data system, debit card EFT system, and the account analysis billing system. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of the Federal Regulations that govern the various Treasury Management and Debit Card solutions. This role will provide support in daily processing of wholesale and small business establishment, maintenance and deletion requests, phone lines, email, research requests, and support with daily reporting and other tasks. Additionally, this role should contribute to the development and improvement of all processes, as well as to the objectives of the team and business. The specialist will frequently communicate with internal and external customers and prioritize the delivery of an excellent experience, using strong verbal and written communication skills and a basic level of technical skills. Position Accountabilities: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and be a team player Responds to inquiries relating to his or her particular area or to requests from customers and other Bank personnel within given time frames and within established policy and service level agreements Supports other Payment Operations teammates Understanding assigned process and procedures as it relates to the job task Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with the Bank’s BSA/AML Policy and Procedures Ensure excellent service is provided to all internal partners and customers Identifies and resolves issues within assigned function Performs all other job duties as assigned Provide high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling and having access to sensitive information Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure; provide recommendations on areas of opportunities Ensures daily production goals or tasks are met and maintained with a high level of quality Basic project level assistance and participation Comply with dual control standards as required Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business Ability to learn and adapt to annual updated procedures and evolving or transition of bank systems Provide quality customer service by answering incoming calls regarding a wide range of questions and inquiries Perform daily processing of all requests within established service level agreement timeframes Utilization of system tools and resources for remediation of any identified errors Completion of any other assigned tasks. Organizational Relationship This assignment reports to the Supervisor – Payment Operations Position Qualifications: Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of operations or financial industry experience Banking/accounting/finance experience preferred. Knowledge & Skills: Experience with MS Office Suite High level of accuracy and great attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented and quality focused Flexible, able to adapt to change Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
