The Behavioral Health team is seeking a LCPC/LCSW – Outpatient Clinic.  This future colleague should have the passion to provide advanced behavioral health knowledge and skills including direct and indirect assessment and care to patients and families, crisis intervention, support group facilitation, behavioral health education and problem solving in all clinical care areas.

What you’ll do:

Provides biopsychosocial assessments, individual/family/group psychotherapy as needed as well as case

management services as required. This position is to support referrals from inpatient units, intensive outpatient program and providers in the ambulatory setting seeking mental health services for their patients.  Works collaboratively with multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and primary care providers for coordinated psychiatric patient care. What you’ll need for this job:

• Required: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master's Degree and full clinical license two years post Master's.
