We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful individual who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. A successful finance assistant will be comfortable working with numbers and data and analyzing company trends. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build their skill set while working with a team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate records of company finances.
- Help draft financial reports.
- Review financial analyses and reports produced by others.
- Submit bi-weekly payroll to third party processor
- Submit bi-monthly data to third party biller for billing
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Advanced spreadsheet skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
