Golden Services Insurance Agency is looking for a new customer service representative to join the team. This is an entry level job which includes a month of on-site training from our current CSR.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about policies, customer accounts, and insurance sales
- Data entry in various platforms
- DMV Registration Services
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
