This is not a door-knocker position. This is is a professional construction company looking for a professional sales representative.

We are looking for one Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales Team. Our Sales Representatives enjoy an atmosphere where they are positioned to succeed and grow. We are driven to lead the industry in high caliber, residential solar electric and roofing installations. You will be put through a comprehensive training program, allowing you to learn the industry while leveraging your closing techniques. In other words, this is not a beat the pavement, door-knocker environment - your craft must be ethical closing. Our culture values quality over quantity. Solar/roofing experience is not required, but an outgoing personality, growth mindset, and a strong desire to make the world a better place are non-negotiable.

Our Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience. Preferred experience in the home improvement industry.
- Ability and comfort level to sell face to face
- Skill and confidence in asking for referrals to build your individual book of business
