Marketing Graphics Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Graphics Specialist to join our team! You will create graphics to meet a commercial or promotional need.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging graphic content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
• Develop visuals for campaigns, including web graphics, videos and other visuals.
• Create visual concepts to communicate brand messages.
• Collaborate teams to create effective visuals for campaigns.
• Analyze design briefs and outline requirements.
• Present ideas and drafts to the team.
• Ensure that all the graphic elements are consistent in terms of style, colors, and message.
• Develop and maintain social media networks, websites, and online communities.

Qualifications:

1. Graphic Design Skills:

   • Proficiency in Design Software: Mastery of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
   • Typography and Layout: Understanding of font selection, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
   • Color Theory: Ability to choose and combine colors effectively.
   • Image Editing: Skill in retouching, cropping, and enhancing images.

2. Social Media Savvy:

   • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the nuances of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
   • Understanding Trends: Awareness of current design trends and social media aesthetics.
   • Adaptability: Ability to tailor designs for different platforms and audiences.

3. Creativity and Branding:

   • Visual Storytelling: Capability to convey brand messages through compelling visuals.
   • Consistent Branding: Ensuring that all designs align with the brand’s identity.
   • Originality: Creativity to produce fresh and engaging content.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

   • Brief Interpretation: Skill in understanding design briefs and client requirements.
   • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with marketing, editorial, and other teams.
   • Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting design concepts and ideas.

5. Technical Skills:

   • Web Graphics: Knowledge of creating graphics for websites and online campaigns.
   • Video Editing: Basic video editing skills for short clips or animations.
   • Responsive Design: Understanding of adapting designs for different screen sizes.

6. Attention to Detail:

   • Pixel Perfection: Ensuring high-quality, error-free designs.
   • Consistency: Maintaining uniformity across all visual elements.

7. Time Management:

   • Deadline Adherence: Ability to work efficiently within project timelines.
