- Commercial Construction Estimator
- Salary $70,000 - $90,000 Annually
- Preserve the Trust of our established clients from the past 50+ years of being in business
- Identify labor, material, equipment, & time required by reviewing proposals, scope, specifications, & related documents
- Attend pre-bid meetings, job site walks, & post-bid meetings with our team
- Obtain bids from vendors & subcontractors by specifying materials, identifying qualified subcontractors, & negotiating prices
- Collaborate with our internal team, clients, engineers, architects, insurance adjusters, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Apply knowledge of building, construction, & property restoration materials & methods needed to complete a successful project
- Knowledge of local, state, & national building codes, regulations, and
- Willingness to contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture
- Utilize Construction Management software such as Xactimate, Sage, Microsoft Projects, etc.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Commercial Construction Estimating
- 5+ Years Estimating Software Experience
- Current Valid Drivers’ License and Ability to Operate Motor Vehicles
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ Years of Previous Carpentry Experience
- Xactimate software experience
- Available to travel for out-of-state site meetings
Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements
- At times; lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
- Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
