Summary: To assist in reviewing complaint claims received by the customer, review and audit all Freight Invoices, track shipments, and handle Returned Merchandise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for maintaining records and reports in excel format.
- Responsible for tracking all shipments to make sure delivered on time and reconsigning shipments as needed per errors.
- Review, audit, approve and dispute all freight Invoices.
- Access all Discrepancy claims and come up with a solution of resolve for both parties.
- Schedule pickups accordingly for any Returned Merchandise complaint, Process RMA’s & Credit memos properly.
- File Claims with carriers as needed.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ; and three years’ experience in a Logistics.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before
groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,
and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram
form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Internet software; Manufacturing
software; Microsoft Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software, PowerPoint, Data Visualization.
