About The Role:

As our Party Shift Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring every party runs smoothly, from the accuracy of party information and scheduling to supervising party hosts and overseeing the overall execution of events. Your ability to effectively communicate and organize, paired with a knack for maintaining high service standards, will guarantee our guests have exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management: Inspire and lead party hosts, promoting an environment of excellence and motivation.
• Guest Services Excellence: Provide stellar guest services, making every guest feel welcome and ensuring they receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service.
• Operational Management: Assist with daily operations to promote smooth and efficient party activities.
• Effective Communication: Ensure clear, timely communication within the team and with guests, maintaining the high standards of The City Forum's culture.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Address challenges with urgency and sound judgment to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Ability to work Nights, Weekends, and some Holidays
